Quote: nice numbers you got there sir. Have you ever launch with powerbrake in auto mode?
I have not in auto mode. I have to use manual mode. It comes up so fast that it hits the revlimiter. I started by launching at 1500 with a little brake applied and flashing the convertor on launch, this netted me consistant 1.9s. To get the 1.8 I power braked up to 4000 on the stall then launched hard. This will be my method of launch from now on. Im pretty happy with 1.8s or R888 tires!

I need to up the revlimit with an L spec flash. My valve body is was done by SGP some time ago. It has worked pretty well. I have a stock valve body and my try the Transgo kit to see if it is an improvement.

My widh list for the trans would be...
upgrade the clutch packs to the Alto stuff
lower stall speed
transgo VB kit
higher rev limit

Perhaps I can have this done the fall, add some more boost and get back to the track.

Same here... Thanks max. I have the same problem with rev limiter too. Especially with first gear from launch in auto mode, my engine would stall a few seconds until I easy on the gas.
