hey guys..

i think some of you know i was gonna install my HIDs and superwhite fogs/highs this weekend. anyway, i did the intall and everything seemed to be going fine.. it took a while to figure out where to mount the ballast and ignitor and some mods had to be done to the headlamp cap and wiring, but after it was all done, i turned on the lights to test and they both worked...

but after i put the bumper back on and got everything back to normal, i turned on my lights to let them burn in but my right headlight HIDs would not work. the left one looked awesome, but it sucks when one isn't working.. the superwhites worked fine too.. they match pretty well with the HID's.. the one thing i notice is that when i turn the headlights on, the right light flickers 3 times and you hear an electronic pulse sound each time it flickers and then nothing... i think it might be the ballast or ignitor.. but i hope it's just that it wasn't wired properly or something. anyway, if any of you guys could help or know of someone who can help me figure out what's going one, let me know! any help would be great.. thanks.

You could probably try to go to Executive Motoring (1208 Gessner Drive - Gessner and I-10). They install a lot of HID kit on high end cars, and they have a lot of G35 clients. I saw once they install navigation system on G35 coupe just like the factory style, but you can also play DVD/VCD movies on the monitor. You can ask for Tommy at 713-467-7000 and arrange a schedule.

It's good to hear that. If you have time, please do not hesitate to contact Tommy at Executive Motoring (713-467-7000). They also install a lot of G35 XM radio, very badass windows film, custom audio, alarm system connected to your keyless entry, and clear bra (paint protection kit). By the way, they also have the newest 10k HID kit.

 

Yes, it will look like the factory system except the tv won't go up and down, but the tv won't block the analog clock either. Plus the tv has much better picture quality than factory's. It will also play DVD movies too. The price varies on how custom you want it. The new Pioneer navigation system will also be full touch screen on the tv and you can talk to it, while the factory's can't.
