I'm here....let's get a meet together...oh, and what's up with most of the links on g35ownersclub.com being down...no forum, no anything...

 

Yeah. I've been dying to have a meet. I missed the track day cause I was out of town. Moog, Randy_G are you guys planning to go to Houston next week?

 

yes we're having a meet down in Houston April 1st, Friday, Location will be at Jamba Juice/Star Bucks parking lot in the Galleria/Post Oak area at 8:30pm... wish you guys can make it. I know most of you guys here are from the DFW area... we need to combine and get something going... lack of g35 activities in Texas really is bad...

Hope we can work altogether to make our own G-Squad on the front page of the forums like some of the other regions

 

I hadn't planned on going April 1st. Houston is kinda far...we should set up a middle meet where we find a common location in the middle and meet there eventually. I'm ready for a DFW meet though. When is the next DFW G35 Owners Club meet?

 

The hard part is really getting everyone together. I think we should try to setup some kinda of a weekly thing. Some G's will show one week, others will show up another week. Maybe like every Wednesday night or something.

I wish I could make it to Houston, but I wouldn't be able to leave Dallas until 9pm'ish. And not sure if the gf would want to drive down there for a car meet.

 

Does anybody else have today off? I didn't even know until yesterday. It would have been a beautiful day for a meet.

I'd just like to say good by to my fellow G owners in this forum. I will be posting and viewing the other G forums, as my time here is over. It's a sad day, as I really like G35driver.com. Moog is upset with me because I deleted all his posts containing the three spam links. I don't want to interfere with any ones thread or posts, but the rules here are no spam. Moog insisted on inserting those spam links in all his posts on this thread. After consulting with the G35Driver Admins, it was decided to remove ALL posts containing spam. I am very sorry that moog decided to get upset about this and leave the forum. He is welcome back anytime as long as he does not include spam in his posts. If we all abide by the rules that are in place, (Not my rules), this will be a free and open forum for all.

You really misunderstand where I stand on this. I have no problem at all with removing those links out of my signature, and I have removed them. The way you approached me in PM was what upset me. Call me sensitive if you will but ...

really doesn't seem to professional to me and befitting of a moderator.

Please continue your posts here. Since you have removed the spam from your signature, I have undeleted all your post that I deleted.

 

Although I guess I understand where the Admins are coming from here, the definition of SPAM is unwanted email or pop-ups. I don't see anything wrong with what Moog was doing. It's OUR choice whether to click on the links or not. Anyway, that's my $.02. Moog, if you choose not to return here, I'll see you over there.
