Service\Dealer recommendations in Houston

Wanted to get everyone elses recomendations on dealers to take my 04' Sedan to get scheduled maintenance done.

Basically want a dealership that will treat me right, and hopefully one that no one has ever had a bad experience with. I bought the vehicle at Clear Lake Infiniti, but since the ride is so way out there (I am in NW Houston) it's generally not worth it (once past the 15k free maintenance period). I have been thinking about West Houston Infiniti and the next option.

I would appreciate anyones input.

I'm happy with West Houston Infiniti. Steve is my service guy and I'm happy with him.

I second what Infinite1 said. I bought mine and service mine at North Houston Infiniti and love it. Service is terrific. I also recommend talking to Richard.

I got mine from North Houston Infiniti. It's too soon for me, so I don't know how their service department is like, but so far so very good.

cato i dont know where you have been and when the last time was that you went to west houston, but steve got fired like 6 months ago.

I used to work at West Houston as a service porter. Terry, the service manager, is a cool guy, but all of the service writers will "tell you what you want to hear" and then screw you over when the bill comes.

Honestly take your car to North Houston up on 45.

Follow up..

So just following up with some of the replies that I have read. When everyone was referring to Northwest Houston Infiniti, where you all basically referring to North Houston Infiniti (off of 1960 & 45 North?) or where you referring to West Houston Infiniti (I10 just outside of the Sam Houston tollroad)?

On a side note can anyone recommend an installer for the NISMO ground effects package in the area? I am a do it yourselfer, but from what I have read it might just be better to get someone to accept delivery and do the install as well.

Thanks for the excellent feedback everyone!!

Yeah Northwest Houston Infiniti I-45 & 1960

Ummm...as far as installers for kits i'm not too sure...I would go to SGP Racing they specialize in G35's and 350z's. Maybe they can point you in the right direction.

It has been my experience that none of the Service Writers know **** about the G35. I have on several occasions shown more knowledge about my G35 than the Service Advisors... That's just the way it is, they are there to take your money, don't know Jack about cars.

There is a body shop in North West Houston that has done alot of work on my cars in the past. Malones Paint and Body. Excellent work 100% of the time. I trust them, see Rusty, the manager. He knows his body work!
