what time are you all meeting up...I would like to meet up w/ y'all.

 

The PLAN is to meet at around 9am on Saturday 12/17 at the Reliant.....we already have over 10 motohouston riders coming and looks like a few Z riders and a few of G riders....

We can all meet inside at the video.......when you enter the glass doors of the Reliant, you'll come up to the sign in tables....once you sign in, they send you to watch a movie......over to one side will be a projection screen and a bunch of chairs.....they show you a 5 minute movie to "get you in the mood" of giving.....we can meet at the back of the rows of chairs.......the biker group should be easy to spot cause they should be all wearing leathers and carrying helmets

i'll look for a decent place to have lunch.......a few people will be showing up at lunch time.......any suggestions?

 

how about hooters? its just around the corner...

 

I am guessing everyone is just meeting at the video room?

 

So how much is parking for this event?

i guess we could meet before 9 am somewhere, but its going to be hard enough for me to get up early enough .........so i'll just meet you guys inside.......this is great! i'll post up on the 350z site when i can get a count from the motohouston site..........ill post the numbers of attending here as well

 

Ummmm i'm going to need directions if there isn't anyone going from up here. I'm sorry to be a pain just never have a reason to go into town so i don't.

im going to be sleeping at my brothers house on friday and leaving from there saturday. he lives in the 290 huffmeister area (by CVS)...let me know or better yet pm me.

I'll be there after work, so is everybody going to meet up at the hooters. The people from the morning and afternoon? If so when are we all going to drive?

 

Just in case people don't know...you are to park in the Orange Lot of Reliant and tell the parking attendants that you're a volunteer that way the parking fee will be waived....Can't wait to see everybody there New faces and old!

 

just an update for everyone..........looks like around 10 G's & Z's and about 10+ guys from the motorcycle club are going to be at Elves & More tommorrow! most are going to arrive at 9 am, but don't worry if you can't make it in the morning......show up anytime and volunteer some of your time....then post your experience here so we can all benefit

you don't have to pre-register! just show up and register when you get there...

if you want to meet before 9 am , Luther's BBQ is right around the corner....i could not find the Hooters on the map, so Luthers is the place

i attached a few maps so you can get an idea of how to get there......

So.......lunch at 12:30 pm sounds about right.....all those that arrived at 9 will be hungry by then and all the afternoon people should be arriving, so 12:30 in the Luthers parking lot....a mini meet and then FOOD!....

 

You guys suck!!! jk but seriously I was at Luthers from 12:30 to 1 and I didnt see a single G. I was at the event from 9 to 12:15 and it was a lot of fun! I am glad I went and I look forward to next year. Heres some pics and the G after the tint.

 

tomcatm..........tough to catch up with anyone at the reliant....lots of people there this year, way more than last year! and they didnt have the movie screen this year either........the rain probably kept most away this morning.....

next year we can do a better job of organization before the event...meeting before does have its advantages.....
