Sorry about the delay in posting the pics. I got the dealer to throw in the free tint but later on decided to go with higher quality film/installation at Xpert Tint. The tint I am getting is the same as the ones xbuhhx posted earlier. The back is formula one ceramic btw, and the install is A+. AGentbristow, if you want to tint it you can come by xpert tint this friday around 2 or 3 and see them work on my car. Sorry about the low quality of pics, I guess its high time I bought a digital camera lol. As you can see the XM antenna is smaller than the keyfob...never seen this antenna as OEM before.

All good Homie, turns out the car was on the floor of the showroom when I got there. I guess they wanted to "show off" a fully loaded 06, and from what I was told it was one of the first 06s with a spoiler at North Houston.

"I was told it was one of the first 06s"

That's what they always say. I picked up my 06 two months ago.

Congratulation on your new G!

I also picked up my G on Monday and got a clearbra install at Xpert (VentureGuard to be specific - it has a lifetime warranty and is more flexible for cleaner installs). They did an excellent job although it took longer than expected (mix up due to having a 2006 without sports package so different bumper pattern). I'll throw up some pics later. Didn't get any tinting yet because the dealership "accidentally" tinted the car even though I told them I was going aftermarket (free tinting was part of the deal Tomcat worked out with the group buy, but everyone decided they didnt want it, lol). I might get FormulaOne installed later - I used the savings to also get the hood done for the clearbra install ($500 for hood, bumper, side mirrors).

Car looks pretty good! Has anyone tried to replace a clear bra kit due to deep scratches?

I said first 06 WITH A SPOILER. I wanted to see one in person but they never had an 06 with a spoiler and even Homie told me that he had seen several 06 but none of them had a spoiler. I guess he could have been mistaken if yours did come with the spoiler though, all good!

p.s. I am going to try to stop by Luthers at 12 30 tom if I dont make it to the volunteering. I have a few other things to take care of tom so I am still up in the air.

FYI...

I would never go to Xpert Tinting. Took my last car there. First time they tinted it there were pieces of hair and whatnot in between the window and the tint. I pointed it out to them and they said that they can't control what gets in between. I said, WTF? I paid you to control that. I ended up having to go to the dealership that contracted it out to them to get them to fix it. Then they messed it up again by doing the wrong percentage on the back windows and they scratched my car. Not worth it. DO NOT GO THERE!
