I sent a MO to purchase a set of G35 wheels and tires and he stopped responding to my PM's. I know he gets online because I can check his "last activity"

i do not know him either. friendswood is actually down south from houston, more towards galveston area. im sorry you were scammed. another guy on my 350 z had a scam problem, check the threads in there and send him a pm and see how he handled it. i know a lawyer is expensive but he said he was getting one. might just wanna ask him because i am not sure how youd handle a scammer. ya know its sad that people gotta pull stunts like that man. my condolences!

 

i actually was gonna buy his wheels, and i stopped by his place to take a look at them last week. Though, i'm gonna soon pm him cause i am no longer interested.

i just pm'd him for getting ahold of him. . perhapsd now since he knows i dont' want them anylonger, he'll respond to you?

 

He doesnt respond to my PM's, that it the entire point.

I called that number and they hung up on me as we started talking and now no one picks up. Arghhh. Should I call the local police or something? Anyone want to ride over there and act like they want the wheels but go there to find out why he hasnt shipped them to me?

Someone picked up the phone finally. I think it was his brother. He said his brother doesnt live there but gets his mail there and comes pick it up every now and then. He sounded surprised when I told him he took my money and never sent my wheels. He said he would tell him to contact me ASAP.
