Hey Folks!!

Guess who is back at West Houston Infiniti??

Joe Gonzales!!!

I was supprised when I went there on Monday after work, walked in and he was sitting right inside by the door.

I think WHI is getting their good people back.

I remember Joe! He is the one who recognized my door rattle and had it fixed in one go. Glad he is back. I'm going in for the Fuel hose recall this Thursday morning. Phillip is my new advisor.

Well, I deal with Terry 1st. Then I set things with Norman.

FYI - I guess all of our G's have those front doors that rattle.

hmm i never met Joe. I was back when steve, phillip and norman were working, then that idiot gary took steve's spot.

oh well. im glad to hear that dealership is getting its act back together

Ohhhh... You had to deal with Gary as well.

Well, I feel he is no longer there. It's sad that Steve left. To me, Joe & Norman are great. No one can deal with my sedan without Terry's approval.
