I got my monitors in today. Once again Sound Advice wouldn't help me since I'm not paying them to put my stuff in. All I wanted was to buy the bezel for them and they wouldn't sell them. I was there 2 days ago and they were more than willing to add that to my "quote". But tonight they say they can't sell any.

I got a couple of Alpines for the headrests. I'm in a holding pattern now because I messed up and thought the housing came with them but it didn't. They'll be in next week.

If you'd show up to a meet you'd know what mod we were doing.

I'm installing Alpine 5.8s. I got one in already and I'm working on the other one right now. Had to stop to get some zip ties. I'll post a pic when I finish tonight.

looks pretty great! i'm guessing you don't have the switch/tuner unit put in yet?

Looks flat in the picture but....
Do you think the rounded forward headrest will be a problem for visibility of the screen?

The angle is ok. I was concerned at first but I went and checked on some of the same monitors installed and looked at different angles. These monitors are incredible. At Sound Advice in Orange Park they have a good setup of monitors and the Alpines stand out big time compared to the others next to them.
