Florida License Plates???

How many plates are required in Florida? In NJ a car must have 2 plates. I plan on driving to FL w/ the car bra (to protect the front of the car) and I'm hoping they don't give me a hard time!!! Also, any suggestions on when is the best time to leave on a saturday from NJ to Miami, FL?

^^^ Good point. Stay the hell out of the left lane unless you are going FASTER than the traffic to your right. They seem not to teach this rule up north.

NJ to Miami is a good 20 hour drive, so whenever you leave, make sure you get down here either late at night or early in the morning so you don't have to spend an extra hour in traffic. VA, SC and GA are all pretty bad as far as troopers are concerned, so I hope you didn't get a ticket. Down here cops don't give a hoot about front plates, tint, etc, they have more important things to do. Have fun on your trip.

Good points. GA is the worst - they use laser, have traps everywhere and will not give you a break what so ever. Traffic will move really quickly sometimes, just make sure you arent leading the charge.
