Guys - I need some help finding one of your Florida "members" - Sergio Alberti. He contacted me via PM's back in mid-April to inquire about purchasing the FMIC that comes with the standard Vortech kit. As I had upgraded to a larger IceVex FMIC I thought I'd help him out ( he claimed that someone "stole" his ). We agreed on an out-the-door price of $125 & I had John ( Rabbid Performance ) ship it to him along with the associated piping. I offered to let him pay me either via my PayPal account or I'd take a check. Now some of ya may remember me as one of Jeremy Operana's scam victims ( nitrous kit ) from 2 years ago so U'd THINK I'd learn by now ( but U'd be wrong!! ). I've sent numerous PM's & even called the cell # he listed ( no answer or voice mail feature ). Granted, it's "only" $125 but it's more the principle of the thing.
I've PM'ed Kyle to ask where to post this but I guess he's busy. I don't wish to slander anyone here but it's been almost 6 months & nothing.
"Sergio" lists Miami ( Pembroke Pines ) as his residence but I don't wish to list his shipping address or the phone number just yet. He goes by the screen name of sa52 over on My350z.com ( & this thread is also over there ). I'd appreciate any assistance that my fellow G/Z bretheren can provide to help me contact him to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!!

does he also post on driver? is its the sergio i'm thinking bout it would be hard to belive. he was a cool guy and i've sold him some stuff and had no problems.

Don't let being "cool" fool ya! Jeremy Operana also had pics all over the My350z site of his child sitting in his Z & LOTS of his fellow Cali friends bashed me pretty hard about "slandering" his good name on these 2 sites. After all the smoke cleared ( & the Feds had busted him! ) they all apologized to me because they said he had fooled them as well in seeming like a "cool" guy!!
No luck finding Sergio yet so I guess that $125 is gone.
