This is for anyone who is looking for an apartment in tampa florida, it is located near USF and it is on bearss and bruce b downs basically. It is in a gated community CALLED REFLECTIONS which offers a full gym, CAR WASH UNIT, computer center, arcade room, big pool. It is a college style apartment so you get your own room and bathroom and your room door has a dead bolt on it, you have two roomates which are great guys and they are very friendly and love to party. There is a full kitchen in the apartment and everything is included even the internet and cable connection. That means Water, Electricity, etc. the montly cost is 470 and the contract will last until june, which if you choose to renew you can for the same price, where everyone else will have to pay near 500 a month. The reason i am in need of getting rid of this place is because i am trying to move out with a friend but they will not let me cancel my contract until i find somebody to take it over.
