So I just wanted to spread the word about my story and my G35! Best dealership in GA: Infiniti of Gwinnett

So I have had my 3rd gear grinding problem since about 34k miles and I took it to Taylor Infiniti in Augusta but they didn't really look at it and told me everything was fine it must just be the way i drove. So i just kind of let it go for a while but it just got worse. I took it to Nalley Infiniti in Atlanta and they did the same thing- told me nothing to worry about. At this point I am frustrated because I KNOW it's not me! So I take it to infiniti of gwinnett which is off of pleasant hill exit on 85 (not sure what town it is). Bryce helped me and took my car.
The next day I get a call saying it WAS the tranny and it IS under warranty. So they took it out and willingly replaced it for FREE!! During this time, I was given a nice rental sedan (very convenient). Well I get a call a day or two later and Bryce says that my clutch and flywheel need to be replaced. Well instead of spending the $1500 that it would cost, I went and bought $600 stage 3 clutch and flywheel. I brought these new upgrades to the dealership and they put them in FOR FREE of labor because they already had everything out! Took about a week which is not bad at all!!! Great customer service!

INFINITI OF GWINNETT!!! Ask for Bryce and maybe mention Mary with the g35 (he may remember me)... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!
