help with posting wheels for sale

i'm trying to follow the forum rules, but i don't have the privilege to post my wheels for sale in the marketplace... is it due to low post count?

i guess this is post #2 out of 300...

but i think i'll hit 45 days first...

oh well, no big rush in the sale of my rims...
