It's summer time so a lot of people are out and about (Traveling... etc). Some people like I, are the busiest during the summer. Once summer is over... it will be easier to get people together to hang out. Need to change it up a bit though from the usual... just hang out on the parking lot format. Maybe use it as a meeting area to then head out somewhere in a group to hangout. Just a thought...
