Hello every one i need a good shop for clutch change
Hello every one i need a good shop for clutch change
hello Fellow forum, I really need to help I have a 2003 g35 coupe with 66k 6MT , and my clutch is kind of taking a **** on me , so I want to replace it , so I went to the dealer since I always service my car there , there a rip off I know but I am very paranoid about the car , well they look at the car because it was grinding from second gear to third it grinds and some times it grinds 6th gear , and I paid them 125 to just look at it , and they told me its the clutch kit needs to be change , I asked for the price and they told me 1500 dollars with every thing including labor and that’s an Oem clutch , I laughed in his face and left .
so I want to see if any one knows a good shop mechanic shop that can do it cheaper if that’s possible, you know some one who is familiar with Infiniti cars, and can any one suggest me a good clutch kit for these cars I saw JWT Kits and I liked them , any opinions about them let me know ,thank you in advance.
PS. I live in Hollywood, Iam willing to go to Boca if there is s a good shop ,location don’t matter .as long they do a good job.
im still powertrain warranty ,i told them tranny but they said no its the clutch .
