WOW.. it's not like he's the only on the face of this planet with that problem..

I feel bad for the OP..
the people who says that they would back him up.. why don't you all send the OP a refund and get the $$$ back from your friend?

Damn, str8 up ****ty situation here. I don't give a fock how good a guy he has been in the past, this doesn't look good. I'd be flippin after a week of no contact, not to mention almost 3months. Come on guys, stop defending this idiot. OP, take any steps necessary, if he's had personal issues he'll understand that he should have been man enough to communicate better with you after taking your money. Pile this up onto his list of "personal issues", and he'll prioritize realizing he isn't the only human being on this earth with "ISSUES"

Frist off I've bought stuff from him and received it fine. Second, we're talking about a front bumper here so I don't know how that person can claim he's screwing someone for a couple thousand dollars. Third it was through ebay, why didn't you just put in a dispute with ebay/paypal/credit card company. If it's truly a fraudulent deal you would have gotten you're money back (especially if he fails to reply to the claims) if you put in the claim within 30 days.

^^ he was waiting for a new bumper, and i didnt mind waiting for this one like a month or so, i wasnt in a big hurry, and he was replying all the time before, then after the time period that i could put a dispute on had expired he stopped replying to me, and then i started to worry about it,

im not trying to threaten anybody, im just saying if i knew where he would livei would have someone go to him and talk about it, because it seems he doesnt want to reply to me,

If it was like 100$ i would long time forget about it, but this is 415$,

what would you do in my place?

Really shouldn't be much to work out and family problems is no fawking excuse. Family problems didn't stop him from trying to sell the bumper so family problems shouldn't be an excuse for not either sending the bumper or refunding the money. Being a good guy can really change once you **** on someone.
