From what i remember it's early like 7am early and ppl
R gone by 9am

 

Takes place in the parking lot besides Carrabba's in Cool Springs. People usually start showing up around 7am like Johnnyone said but actually don't start leaving until 9:30-10am-ish

 

When as in the day... I think the time is confirmed...
