I am starting to miss my G less and less. Sorry to say. Figured I would give a quick upate on my latest purchase.

First Impressions: HUGE improvement and VERY Happy with the ride and look! Stance is much more agressive looking.

From the reviews on the NICO forum I was expecting a little firmer/harder ride. However, it feels smoother in most situations with it getting more firm when being agressive or going over a large dip. Feels a lot more stable on the interstate. Around town my wife perfers the ride with the Eibach's versus the OEM sport springs. That is saying alot since she is 30 weeks pregnant! Progressive Rate Springs FTW!

I have only had them on for about 24 hours, so I expect them to settle a bit more. I also need an alignment with camber adjusted so I expect the tires to be a bit more flush afterwards. First pic is OEM and Second pic is dropped with spacers:

Hey guys. I know I havent' been around much. Just wanted to let everyone know. (that cares anyhow) I've decided to keep the G. I'm going to deploy again in February, and I'm pulling the motor before I go. I've got a buddy thats a very good mechanic, So i'm going to ship him parts while I'm gone and have him build the motor for me. Then I'm going to slap the Vortech Supercharger on her. I'm just looking for a little over 500 whp and I want it safely. Cosmetically i'm thinking, the nismo front, a rear diffuser, the hikata dori trunk, and some new wheels with an off the wall paint color on the car. Just some thoughts and an update

 

all maintenance done by me with receipts and write ups in the booklet. never wrecked, always garaged, and only saw inclement weather a few times a year.

Ivory Pearl 2007 Infiniti G35 w/ Sport package(basically everything except nav) bought new in franklin, TN nov 2006. Paint is "soft-n-fluffy" from exceptional compounding/cleaning/waxing. Interior has a that nice clean leather smell.

Fast Intentions Aluminumized catback exhaust, used for 10k miles, all hardware included only a few spots of rust and a some typical scratches. I put a high temp stop rust silver paint on the pipes. looks like new. $600



Injen Dual Polished cold air intakes with all hardware, washer fluid resevior, brackets, instructions, and original box....used 15k miles, only a few scratches and filters are clean...I will include some air filter cleaner and oil. I have original box and instructions $300


GT Motorsports resonated test pipes used for only 1k miles with only slight blue coloring of the metal from heating up. comes with hardware and you can get instructions from stillens website. fits 370z's/g35's/g37's $250

Sucks to hear your selling it man. It is a very clean ride. If Lauren wasn't set on getting the new 335i sedan, I'd convince her to get it for her dd. The G is only going to be a weekend car when i get back from this upcoming deployment. I'm taking her Mazda 6 for my dd so the G stays nice and fresh. I'll put the word out around the Ft. Campbell area about your car though. It's a hell of deal for sure.

 

yea imma miss er for sure...but you know, life changes and i have to accept the change and move on. someone else needs to use this car for a daily driver as i used to in the first 2 years i had it. its what its meant for.

some of those guys should know this car if they hung out at lil car get togethers about 1.5 years ago. back when it had the black sevas s55's.

 

they may remember it. So that would help sell her. lol
