I just sent him $$ through paypal on monday for a subbox, seemed legit but he hasn't responded to my PMs or responded to his FS thread.. He's only got a couple of posts but wondering if anyone knows of him, and whether I should file a report w/ paypal.

Any opinions as well if you don't know him?
