I am renting a room in my Townhome in Metrowest. Below are the details.

$500 + Utilities/ Negotiable Lease term. 2nd Master Bedroom w/private bath for rent in Metrowest-Stonebridge-very nice community. It is a 3BR/2.5 bath Townhome. Several Amenities including: Community Pool, Gym, Gated, Alarm System, Lake view from screened porch, parking, etc.
Room size is about 12 x 15 ft. The room has a private bathroom with tub/shower as well. Closet space is good but not walk in. Extra storage is available. The room is empty and currently available.
The living room and kitchen are furnished, but the bedroom is not. I am open to a male or female roommate. Very close to I-4, 408, Millenia Mall, Universal Studios, etc.
About me: I am a 28 year old professional/non-smoker. Smoking on the porch is okay though. I work downtown, typically 10+ hour days then go to the gym. So I am not home much during the week. I am laid-back and pretty easy to get along with.
I also have a 2nd room available that is smaller and can be used for an office, storage space or a 3rd Bedroom. If you would like to rent this space by itself or in addition to the 2nd room, please let me know.
