Hi All,

I just wanted to post a positive experience I had with Coconut Creek Infiniti's service team. I was in last week to get my third oil change and had noticed that the break light in my spoiler was not working properly. The service team tried to change the light strip only to discover that the model of spoiler they had installed did not allow the break light to be changed. In order to get the break light working they removed the spoiler and replaced it with a brand new one that allows for service if needed. All this was done in less than two hours and free of charge. I just want to give them props for taking care of me.

Yeah, they're pretty good...most of the time. They once said they would raise my headlights' aim because I told them they were too low, but they didn't (no explanation either; they probably just figured I'd "assume" they did it). I keep forgetting to bring it back up when I go there though; d'ohhh!
