Atlantic Infiniti Jacksonville, Florida

If you ever want a great auto buying experience Atlantic Infiniti in Jacksonville, Fl will give you just that. The sales and management team are very professional and knowledgeable in all facets of the Infiniti line of cars and suvs. They treated me with respect and let me purchase my G35 coupe at a lower price than I could get in Orlando, Atlanta and Tallahassee and believe me I shopped at these other dealers. The finance director Danny helped me out with a very low interest rate and made my buying experience a pleasure. I have had the car serviced since I purchased it and the service dept is top notch and affordable.

Re: Atlantic Infiniti

Is this post just for negative comments? If you have a good experience why not tell about it?

You're right, it is for both positive and negative comments. It's rare for a positive comment to come from there. I also had a decent experience but yours is the first to praise them so much. Maybe they're turning things around.

Russ, you're right -they're turning things around. Though I never had any issues with them, I told them about some of the G35 ownwer's negative experiences and I was told that they recently had some personnel changes and are stirving for better customer service. I was there last month a couple of times and it was evident. I usually talk to Rob (service manager and a mod guy) and Kevin (senior technician) for service and technical issues. They have a new service consultant, Paul Pitman -I know this guy. If you need any service, just talk to Paul.

Re: Atlantic Infiniti

luckily i have a good friend that is a nissan tech that will help me any of the scheduled maintance stuff because taking a modified car always leads to trouble!

i may stop by the dealership this weekend and see how things are shaping up, a friend of mine wants a g badly..

glad to hear you had a good experience, so many people, like myself have not.
