Carolina Z Club Meet (includes the Gs as well)
The Carolina Z Club [ www.carolinazclub.com ] will meet at Victory Lane Karting (our typical non-event meeting venue) at the Intersection of I77 & I85 (Charlotte) on the 1st Monday of the New Year. As some know (and many don't), while this club originated back in the 80s as a "Z" car club, it has grown to include a large Nissan/Infiniti Performance platform contingent.
Today a 3rd of the cZc membership includes the "Gs" - G35 Coupes, G37 coupes and GT-Rs. This is pretty good for a group with over 50 active members.
Some of the highlights of this club & activities;
Loose group, no rigid rules & regulation, focused on events & meets - some at the drop of a hat for generally hangin' out, some more elaborate. Many of the organizers for ZDayZ [ www.zdayz.com ], the High Country Challenge and numerous road and drag track events are cZc members. Members cars have been seen on the Speed Channel's "Pinks" & "Pass Time" programs. Monthly meets have included visits to race shops, driving the stable of supercars at Super Car Sensations (Concord) as well as a Saturday drive in the hills of NC/SC.
The cZc is strong in car show results, not only at the annual cZc ZJam Car show (as a part of the fall Autofair at Lowes Motor Speedway) but at sister club events, ZNationals, etc. Your car look good? Bring it!
