Every Sunday nights, starts at 730pm til whenever

Normally we hangout in the parking lot til about 9pm. Then most of us go inside to eat.
And Quarterdeck will deduct 10% off your bills


Directions:

Take I-95 north/south, exit on Boynton Beach Blvd. (exit #57)
Go WEST to Congress Ave (3rd light).
Turn RIGHT on Congress Ave to Old Boynton Rd (1st light).
Turn LEFT on Old Boynton Rd and you'll see Quarterdeck on your left (right in front of Walmart)

if u cant make it this week u ca come the next these meets occur every week and there is alot of cars there, but only 2 G's, lets make an impression..

South Florida probably accounts for 1/4 of the G coupes ever imported in the US so you will find plenty of them out there, people just don't wanna have a community...

Same here. living in south miami and driving up to broward on a sunday or weekday night doesn't work for me. anyways, i live in south miami and i drive a black 2004 coupe with fujitsubo exhaust and 20% tinted windows.

 

he guyz thats no prob, i know of 2 new members.. and i am not making a community. what i am trying to do is have local meets since all flg35club meets are up north !!!

 

I'm going up to the Fl G35 club meet up at Lokey in March. I do think we need to have a decent representation in both dade AND Broward though.

 

NO...the FIRST flg35club meet is up north (Tampa)

we PLAN to move around the state and have 4 major meets per year. If we can get a Miami rep to get something going (maybe a park or something) AND we have more than 4 miami members then we would LOVE to have a miami meet. Its actually our plan but we make no promises yet.

 

^^^^^^ok that is not what this is about this thread is about sfl car meets not just G meets. i think some of us has missunderstood.. this is to get local G's to come out to local meets in the tri-county area in sfl....

i am not trying to organize a club or anything like that !!

 

u already have 10 members that showed up to the first sfl meet.. so sfl would be an option.. dont throw it in miami but in broward.. its between palm beach and dade "miami" that would make it eqaual distance for all in sfl.

 

Man that hurts. I've been trying to get something going for the ENTIRE STATE and have been PUSHING for the SFL guys to get involved and as of now we have 4 Miami members and 2 Boca Members out of 37 total members. I've said in at least 3 different threads that our next meet will be in MIAMI and have done this INTENTIONALLY to let the Miami crew get in on the "Charter Membership" offer. Fortunately some people have taken advantage of the early membership offer!

The Miami Meet has not been planned yet for 2 reasons. The first reason is that the LOKEY MEET is taking up ALL OF MY FREE TIME. Secondly, I'm not sure if 70+% of the people in Miami are even interested in having a club.

For the last year there has more than one meet that has gone "unattended". I've watched one person set a place and time for a meet, then watched another person change the day, then another person changed the place, while yet another person changed the time. This simply amazes me! Guess what, NO ONE SHOWS UP! (Big surprise). For about 1 year now I've wondered what it would take to get a LARGE SFL CREW dedicated to supporting the G35 and I honestly thought that this club would be the solution to the problem. We could plan several LARGE meets each year, get sponsors involved and give everyone a chance to get big discounts on products that they'll likely purchase for their G's.

Interestingly enough, even you have not joined our club FL350GT. What is it going to take for me to get the MIAMI guys (and girls) involved? I've been PM'ing several of you behind the scenes, have been making public posts about the "June" Miami meet (actual date and times still TBD) and have gotten no where!

I'm going to need help setting up this Miami Meet and will need some suggestions from the Miami people. The best way to get my attention would be to JOIN THE CLUB, DRIVE TO CLEARWATER with the other 5 or 6 people from SFL and GET MY ATTENTION in March. Pull me aside and tell me that you want to be involved. I'm looking for a dedicated SFL board member for this club. Someone who wants to have authority to shape the SFL chapter of the FGC!!!

If just one person does this, they will become my MIAMI contact and will have my backing for the Miami Meet. Any one want this responsibility? Does anyone in Miami want to be part of an "ALL FLORIDA CLUB" with a Southern Florida Chapter? The Jacksonville guys are going to be setting up a "Northern Chapter" and the CFL guys clearly already have something established. It's really up to you all. I can only provide the club, the funding from sponsors and membership fees, the liability insurance (or the means), the rest is up to you all.

So... what now?
