neff i think you are a little too ****...you even said yourself this was no way affiliated with the FLG35 club, so what business do you have deleting anything of theirs????i can understand reporting it to an admin but you ARE NOT and admin so you don't have the right...don't abuse your authority!

 

Neffster is the MODERATOR for the southeast section!!! This has nothing to do with the FGC except that the FGC is sponsored by G35driver. And our bylaws state that being banned from G35driver is an automatic bannishment from the FGC.

Now, please stay out of what is not your business. The Admins of G35driver along with the current BOD of the FGC are handling the situation!!!

Neffster is doing the job he has accepted to do, both as a leader of FLG35 club, and as a Moderator here at G35Driver.
In this case, the club and G35Driver are linked, and what those 2 members did embarrassed both organizations, and resulted in action taken. No choice.

Sorry but this is the way it has to be (for everyone's benefit).

You can't really ban them from the club, your bylaws have not been posted, therefore are not enforceable.

 

hopefully the ban is temporary b/c i know both of them personally and they are chill kids, they were just having fun but i can understand where you're coming from.

 

We spoke with the club lawyer today and we came to this same conclusion. HOWEVER WHAT YOU POSTED IS INCORRECT! The bylaws will be posted shortly and since the 2 members in question cannot effectively communicate (defend themselves) in the body of this thread I prefer to not continue this conversation (unless of course you are speaking on their behalf, since you registered shortly after they were banned ). We can, however, draft the bylaws to give us enough flexibility to take appropriate action (and we have) should anything like this ever happen again. Also, one of the two members requested to be dismissed from the club last night. If we wanted to grant their request we could. Fortunately that person apologized in a personal e-mail to me that I received this morning and we took this into consideration today while talking with g8tor20.

NOW!!!! This post was about a really good SFL meet with 21 people in attendance. There are 19 other people that would like to see this thread stay around for a while. Let's keep it on topic please.

 

Almost 1700 views in a little over 24 hours, that's awesome! And btw there were 27 G drivers and about 35-40 people in attendance.
