i've contacted the photographer and left a message on his voice mail ... he should get back with me sometime tomorrow. i'll contact hooters sometime before the end of this week ... looks like everything is coming together ...
hopefully we'll get more G's to commit and come out for next weeks meet.

I live over in Palm Harbor and might be able to make it. What are the exact plans? I saw some guys meeting in Clearwater and heading to Hooters? Which hooters?

 

omi and i are meeting up at the sam's club on gulf to bay at 1115 and leving from there to drive over to orlando. the hooters is on lake underhill by ucf, thats the most i can tell you about hooters though. if you want to meet up with me and omi before we leave just meet us at the sam's club. hope you can make it......also could some from the orlando area clear up the hooters location a little bit better than my description.

It is the Hooters off of Lake Underhill & Rouse Rd. The best way to get there is 408 East to Rouse, make a right onto Rouse, then Left onto Lake Underhill, Can't Miss it n the Left-hand side. Did someone call Hooters to set anything up?

a lot of things have come up for me this coming saturday... i'll be at the meet .. just wont be able to stay that long...

Hey...Don't think I can make a whole day out of it.

If you guys want to ever meet up, there is a classic car show on Wed nights out in Brandon, near the mall, that some Miata guys I used to meet with hang out. Some RX7/8, Mustangs, and PT Cruisers also show up. Its not bad show. I believe there's one on Tuesday nights geared more for the rice rocket crowd.

sup everyone.....

i got some good news ... and some bad news...
Good news is ... everything is set up for tomorrow at Hooters on Lakeunderhill @ 1 PM. about 10 spots will be saved right in front of hooters across from their outside seating.

Bad news is.... i wont be able to make it. its been a crazy week for me .. full of meetings and what not ... and i just learned that i have a business meeting in gainesville over the weekend with a potential client. I film weddings .. events ... etc .. and dj on some occassions. Im sorta bummed that i wont be there but hopefully my friend will come through and join yu all out there to photograph the event. He is able to blow the pictures up and make it a poster .. or any size yu all want.... as far as price goes ... you all will need to get with him and negotiate a fair price. should be that bad if everyone is interested. Also i will try to send my business partner out there to see if he can film some of the meet as well. If yu guys have any questions reply back to the post .. otherwise .. have fun tomorrow and showcase our beautiful G's ... Beautiful girls... beautiful cars... what more can yu ask for. ! again sorry i wont be able to be out there wid everyone.

Hey, it was good meet today. I didnt know this thread had taken a life of its own. For the people that went today, I was the only red G there today. I will check this side of the forums more often from now on. So when we meeting next? How about a track day or something?

 

it was nice to meet everyone out there. A track day doesn't sound too bad.

 

I know this is a MAJOR revival... but just wanted to see if there were any current ucf students on this forum!
I parked next to a slammed silver G today and have also heard a couple of amazing sounding coupes. Hopefully we could get another meet going or something, that'd be awesome!

Not a UCF student but I live in the area. I wouldn't mind having a meet sometime this summer. Would love to meet fellow local G35 owners.

There's like 4 G35's in my neighborhood and I don't even know a single owner..weird.

 

I am in East Orlando, any local members please PM so we can get in contact. Help each other out(DIY) or just talk about Gs.
