new dealer in coconut creek florida...

for those of you like me that live out west there is a new infiniti dealer on the north east corner of 441 and sample road. i stopped by there today and it was a pretty big dealer, larger than the lighthouse point one. i asked to speak to someone in service but it was 7 pm and no one was there but sales men. hopefully they have a good service department that fixes problems on the first try, not like the others!

Re: new dealer in coconut creek florida...

I got my 6MT at the new Broward Infiniti of Coconut Creek over the weekend. The staff were very friendly, easy to work with, and negotiable. Give Joe Castellano a call over there and tell him John (the ex-Grand Am guy) sent you. I went to Scott Infiniti one night too prior to that, but they didn't seem nearly as interested in my business when I was there.

Re: new dealer in coconut creek florida...

do you have any insight on their service dept?
i would love to get the grease streak fixed on my window, i have already tried scott infiniti and now the grease is in a different spot and it sound like my window is crushing a soda can when i lower it. i have never had a luxary brand car before, but the service dept of scott infiniti makes me never want to by an infiniti again.

Unfortunately, since I just got the car 5 days ago, I cannot say whether or not their service dept. is good or not. I sure hope they are though. Thanks for the heads up on the other local dealer's service dept. though!

I think Pete is in sales also, if I recall. Joe C was very helpful and courteous with me (still calls to make sure everything's alright with the car; LOL). I'm leasing my coupe though; it sounds like you're looking to buy a sedan, am I right? I know the coupes start at 32K, so that was my reasoning. I'm sure they can get you a good deal though on whichever model you're looking at.

Re: new dealer in coconut creek florida...

I hear that is about the average. Unfortunately, you're unlikely to find much better than that on this car. Keep in mind, this is a low-production, high-demand car that is selling like crazy, so people are paying close to MSRP on it, unlike your typical high-volume American car that you can get big discounts on, as you are looking for.

Re: new dealer in coconut creek florida...

$500 off is not that bad. most people are still paying MSRP for the coup.

Re: new dealer in coconut creek florida...

you should be able to get invoice for the auto or 6 M.T. These cars have been out a while, there's simply no reason to pay MSRP anymore, check out www.autopurchaseconsulting.com and ask for Cory if you call, he's the one who informed me about the available invoice pricing.
