Thumbs down South Motors Infiniti

This has got to be the worst dealership i have ever been to. Unfortunately i bought my car from them and they are the only dealer close to me, the next nearest is Warren Henry ( in which i drive my car 40 miles to get work done now). I have never once been pleased with South Motors. Everytime i bring in my car there is sctraches on it, the work i bring it in to get doesnt get done and i have to bring it back another week, or get ripped off. I am not the only person i can name atleast 10 other people that are very upset with this dealership, ive even met people who will not buy an infiniti anymore after going to that dealership ( I will join that club unless there is new management brought into play). Also unfortunately its not only Sout Motors Infiniti, South BMW isnt the greatest either. Has anyone else have bad thoughts about this place or am i the only one that thinks like this??

i have gone to them several times, the only complain that i have from them is that they take forever to service or repair my G, also i needed an aligment and they tried telling me that i needed to replace all four tires, when in fact i only needed to replace the two front ones since the wire was showing already...other than that they pretty much havent screwed me as far as i know....you need to start writing certified letters and expressing yourself and before leaving your car ask the person taking your car in to give you a copy of the visual inspection to see if there are scratches or dents before handing over the car to them...best advice i can think of document everything in case you need to sue...good luck

South Motors is the worst dealership in existence period. I don't care if it's Infiniti, BMW, or VW, to call them mediocre is an undeserved compliment. I am speaking for myself and for a couple of close friends who have dealt with SM:

- they sell shady/wrecked cars and claim they've never been in an accident
- they refuse to cover multiple items under warranty
- they take 3 days to do an oil change
- they have the absolute WORST body shop on this planet - I have seen their work on Infinitis, BMWs, etc.
- they take forever and in the meantime they'll leave your car to cook outside in the 100F sun for a month
- they put 60 miles on my car last time it was there. Yes, 60. Some grease monkey went home in my car.
- they scratched the crap out of my window tint, and my friend's too
- they scraped my front bumper and quarterpanel and messed up my fog lights
- when you take your car back and complain they will just tell you to get in your car and go home

My friends now drive as far as Coconut Creek to get their cars serviced. Even if SM were the only dealership in South Florida, I would drive to Orlando if I had to but I would never go there again.

warren henry isnt TOO bad - but they have a thing with touching modded stuff - even if it has nothing to do with the mod.

Infiniti of Coconut Creek is the way to go! Todd is the service manager or something there - Awesome guy and a G owner himself, he knows our problems.

He is opening a new dealer in Davie July 1st - so ill be going there from now on (thank god! i hated that 30 min drive)
