I know you want to get a good deal, but it should not come at the expense of a bad paint job. House painting is not something to be cheap on. More times than often you spend more money trying to fix someone elses crapy job, when you could have spent a little more to have it done right in the first place. I have a great guy for you in the OC. His quality and workmanship are second to none, but he can be a little pricey. PM me if you want his number.
