G35 Rental San Diego

Hi all,

I'd like to rent a G35 coupe for a day to get a feel for the car. While I will end up with a 6mt, an auto is fine (and what rentals will be I'm sure). Does anyone know of a place in San Diego that rents them?

Mike

try Enterprise - i know they rent G sedans as premium cars. cheaper to get a test-drive from a dealer.

back in the day i asked someone from enterprise if they had the g available (dont know if was the coupe tho), they said it was usually at the san diego airport branch, but at teh time it was hard to get a hold of one, give them a call (619) 294-3313, i dont know if they still got it since it was a while back (2 yrs i think)...

Thanks all. I'll give Enterprise a call. (thanks sk8rich78 for the number).

A test drive at the dealer would be ok, but a full day of driving as if I owned the car, i.e. traffic, parking in the garage, etc. would give me a better feel for if the car would be right for me.

At first I was looking at MINI's and then noticed the G35 Coupes. While I feel the MINI has more personality, the G seems to be a better car overall. A neighbor at the office next to mine, just bought a 6mt Coupe in the "Slate" color that is very nice. I don't know him well enough to ask if I can drive it, but he offered to take me for a ride sometime.

Enterprise said they have one down at the airport office, but it's a crap shoot if you can get it.
