After trying some Sushi rolls about the 6th time, I started to crave them. The first few were OK. Then some Nasty ones. We recently got a decent Sushi bar in town and I tried there rolls and I think I really liked them, but was not sure. Then I went back and loved the California Roll. I had a craving and ordered carry out, this time the roll was wrapped in Salmon. Delicious. So clean tasting. I am hooked and can't wait to get into this. I think it will be like my tastes in wine, the more I try everything, the better expert I will become. I can't wait.

Yeah some are pretty nasty....try a philadelphia roll....it has cream cheese in it. I know.....sounds disgusting....but it's pretty good!
