Accident: Need Best Body Shop in Orange County
All:
I have a 2003.5 G35 Sedan (modified w/ 350Z Suspension and 19-Inch Wheels) and was involved in a major accident late on Saturday night. I was hit head on by a red light violator and sustained major front end damage as follows:
Front Bumper (completely gone)
Grille and Headlights (completely gone)
Left and Right Fender (completely mangled)
Hood (completely mangled)
Radiator pushed into engine compartment
Adjacent components next to Radiator pushed into engine compartment
Possible suspension/axle damage
Engine seems to be okay but may have been pushed as well
Body Frame Integrity/realignment
I need to be referred to a reputable body shop in Orange County who can fix the damages, not only body/cosmetic but also mechanical (prefer somebody who has significant experience with G35s). Additionally, if they can determine the car will be too expensive to fix and total out the car, that would be best solution. I don't think my car will ever be the same again, no matter how good the body shop is. I will be going through my insurance (Allstate) and hopefully the other driver will be found at fault.
Please help as soon as possible.
Thanks.
Dave

90% sure your car is a total dude. Glad youre okay.
I dont know if you know but our frames are "Unibodies" anytype of frame damage and its usually a total. All the damage to the front is due to the fact that car companies swear its safe to make fiberglass core supports and what not.
Just buy a new car dont even think about it
