Anyone around the (818) work at Cingular??

What's up guys.. I just wanted to know if anyone worked at a Cingular store.. I'm switcing over from Verizon to Cingular, and basically I was wondering if anyone could help me out as far as plans and stuff. I was debating whether or not I should go the online route or through an actual store. Does anyone around the (818) [Northridge/Woodland Hills/etc.] area? Let me know.. maybe we could work out a couple deals Thanks guys!

I usually deal with T-mobil, nextel/sprint and verizon except cingular. I can usually get any phones you want have it activated with your old or new phn number if you want and have it shipped to you. Cingular has gotten greedy and they don't want anyone selling their service. I can still get cingular phones I just can't ativate the damn thing. If you want to get T-mobil or Sprint let me know I can get you a good deal on almost any phone. I can unlock most phones so it shouldn't matter what phone you choose. Let me know if if you're interested. Thanks

Thanks for the opportunity glenn.. but we're really interested in Cingular. We've been contemplating back and forth and since our best friends, and some family members have Cingular.. they've given great testimonies on the service. Plus i've been studying up a lot on their phones and services and yada yada. Truely appreciate it.. maybe one day if we decide to go elsewhere then i'll chime in on to you again ... Bump for anyone else?

Why the switch? Verizon has better customer service and coverage. When I had AT&T, the coverage was pretty good but when it became Cingular service sucked. I now have Verizon.

How long ago was the switch?.. The coverage now (as of Oct. 3) has greatly increased. A lot of the new towers that they have "assigned" to put up are apparently up now. My sister has Cingular, the rest of the family has Verizon, and she gets better coverage than any of us. Plus.. GSM phones are more gangster than CDMA ones lol...

verizons customer service sucks just as bad as cingulars. coverage-wise they arent so bad... but not better than cingular. we have been having a lot of customers coming in from verizon lately, i think they are having issues.
