Cool Fender rolling...

Just got done with 2 Z's rear fenders. They hug up 295s with ease. Please don't cut them, Roll them. I usually charge 1 Benjamin for the work to include touching up the paint if needed.

how much was cut off?

usually if it's cut, u're done.
but definitely... PROPER rolling > cutting anyday.

Cutting can lead to chipping and rusting.

If there is still a bit of lip to roll, it will work. Its as Meechin said, it can be nasty if not done right. I'd have to take a good look and give you the verdict.

Any pics of your work? What do you use... baseball bat, fender rolling machine or other? I might be interested in getting my fenders rolled.

I live in El Cajon.

I wont be in Japan for a few months. I am going out of state on the 14th Jan for a few weeks. I can get together any time in the evening after work.

I tried taking some shots, but the detail was blured due to the range I had the camera. If you give me your email address I can send you some pics.

I have a new rolling tool that is set up very nice. I can roll the fenders damn near flat. Just need some power for the heat gun.
Just finished this 240SX...He got suckered into buying tires to big for the car. 275/40/18 with a 36+ offset. Not the tires hug up inside without getting cut. The left pic is just prior to rolling. The second pic is after with the lip roled to the body for maximum strength, and the third is the donut tire he has.
