Fender rolling...
Just got done with 2 Z's rear fenders. They hug up 295s with ease. Please don't cut them, Roll them. I usually charge 1 Benjamin for the work to include touching up the paint if needed.
I live in El Cajon.
I wont be in Japan for a few months. I am going out of state on the 14th Jan for a few weeks. I can get together any time in the evening after work.

I have a new rolling tool that is set up very nice. I can roll the fenders damn near flat. Just need some power for the heat gun.
Just finished this 240SX...He got suckered into buying tires to big for the car. 275/40/18 with a 36+ offset. Not the tires hug up inside without getting cut. The left pic is just prior to rolling. The second pic is after with the lip roled to the body for maximum strength, and the third is the donut tire he has.

He had 295's. They fit into the fender with no problems.
