Can anyone recommend any Indian markets? I'm really looking for a community or region where a lot of Indian stores/markets/etc. are concentrated, like their own version of Chinatown or Rowland Heights or Little Tokyo.

a good portion of Cerritos has some Indian markets, but it may be a bit too far for you

+1 that I know of. I believe it's on Pioneer off the 91 fwy.

Got it, thanks guys... not for me... just hired a new employee and moved her out from Connecticut, trying to help her out with LA geography.

There's a popular one in Atwater Village right off of Los Feliz blvd. Take the 5 exit Los Feliz blvd and go east towards Glendale about 2 blocks. It'll be on the south side. Big market and a Vegetarian cafe.

I know there are more in the Mar Vista/Culver City area too.
