K&E is the best. They blew the prices out of the competitors. I can attest to this. The only downside is they only take cash.

There's a lady who answers the phone. I forgot her name. She seems to be in charge or be the owner. There is no "contact" person in the sense that the prices stated in this thread were their actual prices...not some special deal.

I should also note that they do not have the Toyo's in stock, and you have to special order them. It takes about a week.
