West Covina Nissan. Good and Bad....
West Covina Nissan. Good and Bad....
Hey guys I had a pretty good experience yesterday and the New West Covina Nissan. I had my alignment done by them. It was 69.95 for a 4 wheel alignment which is a good price. They had made time for my car even tho I didn't have an appointment, and it was done pretty quick. The car drives straight"er" now and its almost in spec. I have 350z H-Techs so I have to or should get a camber kit.
Here's the not so good. They washed my car cuz I think they got it all dirty, which kinda upset me since I delivered the car very clean. I cleaned it before I left to the dealership so that they would not have washed it. When I picked it up I didn't notice it cuz I dropped the car off clean I walked around and didn't notice anything. Well when I got home in the sunlight I saw a scratch on the front bumper. Its light and only about half an inch so i figure I can buff it out. Then I saw that there was water spots on the wheel thats when I knew that they washed the car. That and water on the driver mirror.
Plus the guy that drove the car up I think had grease or oil on his hands. that shyt was on my steering wheel and inside door handle. I also noticed some light finger stains on the car made with oil.
For those that don't know my car is silver, and I'm pretty **** about this stuff. 9 out of 10 people would even notice this stuff on a silver car cuz you wouldn't be able to see them unless you look from different angles.
BUT overall experience is 8 out of 10. The place has VERY VERY attractive women working there. So I think I'll be stopping by more often. They're service was fast and good from what I can see. But as most know you have to tell the dealership not to wash your cars. The guys at the dealership and in the parts department were very friendly. They don't have alot of stuff yet cuz the dealership is still new.

how's it going?
I called West Covina Nissan since I'm hoping to get an alignment and oil change and I was quoted $169.95 for alignment only, then the person verified and dropped it to $159.95!
Are you correct in stating 69.95?
I will have my oil change done by them tomorrow as they have some available openings and don't want to wait till next week for my oil changeat an Infiniti dealer!
Thanks,Carlos

Great service, great prices!
WOW!!
The service at West Covina Nissan was fantastic and the sale prices at the moment can't be beat.
Called to set up an oil change yesterday and was told to just come in before noonand I shouldn't have a problem getting an oil change (I wasn't sure at what time I would actually be there), I also asked about getting an alignment done but was quoted an expensive price : (
Today I show up, and as soon as I mention my350z.com the service tech says, "The alignment special for my350z is 69.95 and we also have a synthetic oil change special for $45, with either Motul or Mobil 1!"
I jumped on the deal! I was informed it would take about 2-2 1/2 hours and it took just under 3. I was ok with this because I needed and alignment and couldn't pass up the deal (I actually waited to get my car washed as it was dusty). I actually might have been out in the 2.5 hour window : )
Once inside I went over to the parts department and asked for Jeff, who I believe setup the my350z special and was informed by Scott, that he was not in today but that he could help me. I couldn't believe the prices they have at the moment, I picked up some Nismo 60mm studs for my datsun 510 and a few other misc. parts for it. When I pick up my special order parts this week I'll have to place another order do to the amazing pricing.
Overall, I would rate my experience at West Covina Nissan as fantastic. I would highly recomend the service and parts department to anyone looking for parts or service.
JDMeg21 and drsifu1 thanks for the info! I will be having my 15000 service performed there in June!

I've been dealing with Jeff, but I'll have to say hi to Frank when I'm there too.
