Anyone work for Yellow Pages? Need advice on possible job
So I put my resume on Monster, and the recruiter called. Seems pretty ok, base plus commission. But I just want to know if anyone has worked there before. I have another job lined up. But having the semi-freedom of driving around, and hitting up appts seems pretty insteresting. Gas, and cell phone is paid for by them. Oh I forgot to mention....it's a sales job. Thanks in advance.
Sales is one of the hardest fields to get into. They work your *** into the ground.
Most "recruiters" recruit for potential "sales" hires on Monster, or any other site.
The one's that aren't recruiting are the jobs you want.
Sales staff are expendable, especially inexperienced ones. Go into marketing if you really want to do sales.
I wouldn't do it.
