Hello,
I'm due (almost) for my first oil change with my 07 G35. I live really close to South Bay Infiniti and was wondering whats the word on the street with these guys...good or bad and how much $$$ for an oil change.

If this place isn't all that hot, is there a better place close in the south bay? If all else fails, I'll head to West Covina.

if going to So bay..talk to Steve Sears..he is a top servicewriter...

 

southbay is starting to go downhill. i can't say anything about maintenance cuz i have a local mechanic i take my car to for oil changes ( i bring my own filter and oil). i've heard south bay has changed their managers and so the service has been sucky. even when i go to do factory warrantied repairs, they can't seem to get it right or forget to do something. if u get a service writer named kim root, u might as well shoot urself..he's the worst. i had steve sears last time and he's good. u just have to be on them to get things done. good luck!

 

I have met and talked with the General Manager for quite a few hours. Even got him to dismantled that ugly 747 G. He is trying to do some stuff for the Infiniti memebers on here. He even might go to the HB meet. His name is Anthony Ziemann call him if you have problems. Tell him you were referred by Lawrence(the firefighter with the red G)..

 

i use lawrence's name every where i go =)
