I'll be transfering to workin Monrovia at the end of August. I was wondering if anyone needs a roommate. I'd prefer Glendale, Golden state & santa barbera fwy intersection/Monterey park, North Hollywood but anything close to Monrovia - pasadena, alhambra, baldwin park, azusa, etc. may work also.

I will most likely never be there and will be commuting from my gf's place, but I need a place just in case. I won't have any furniture or anything. I'm looking for a good reasonably quiet nieghborhood with tons of stuff around to do. All i require is assigned/covered parking, nothing ghetto. So i think it would be a good arrangement since you'll have a 2+2 all to yourself 90% of the time for around $700. PM me. Thanks.

Possibly interested.....what are your habits like? I'm looking around the beaches right now, but if I have no luck, I may look inland again. Private garage is a MUST, as I have two bikes and two cars, and would like to at least keep the bikes locked inside. I also want an area where I can work on my vehicles. i'm a 23 yr old engineer. Very chill, not much of a partyer anymore, but don't mind partying and goin out and stuff. again, you prolly won't be seein much of me since i'm goin to be at my gf's most of the time.

One bike I ride, one is a new project (trackbike). One car got hit, so I got the G and kept the other as a beater car, since it still drive perfectly fine. In short, I'm stupid, and I like things with engines.

By the way, I'm a 21 yr. old (almost 22) accountant, never been a huge partier. Just have to warn you that the place might get loud during USC football games though.... What kind of engineering you in? Who you gonna work for?

 

i'm a mechanical engineer, went to UT Austin. I plan on goin to USC for grad school though. I'm goin to be with WorleyParsons, same place i'm working for now. Let me know if you have a particular place in mind.
