I'm guessing only the nocternal PW's felt that, but it was enough to wake up my parents and few friends

Biggest one I've felt since 1994!

Lasted about 4 seconds...

EDIT: it was located in the northern SFV. Magnitud 4.5. It happened at about 12:45 A.M, just about 15 minutes ago from this post. It shook pretty hard here. Not sure how hard it felt for those outside the SFV.

.
I was living in Pasadena during the 1994 earthquake... my family lives in Northridge, Woodland Hills, Encino and Sherman Oaks... I couldn't get to them for days! Is everything okay down there?

I'm in Woodland Hills, felt that one pretty good. It was reported as a 4.5 magnitude quake!

Is the bumper ok?

Yeah, for those outside the valley it probably wasn't anything to scare you since it centered around Chatsworth.

But I haven't really felt one like that in years.

was just falling asleep....and then...rummmmbbllleee. then i woke up and wondered if this could be THE big one as i held my breath for a few monents. silence. then thought about how devastated i'd feel if the car port smashed my helpless baby....broke in to a mini cold sweat. drank some water to calm my wandering mind, counted sheep. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

HAHAHA! Im Canyon Country. I felt the same. I was watching the movie "Shooter" and I had my surround sound sub on and the part where some bombs went off is when the earthquake hit. I got confused and just stood up like an idiot.
