So, for as long as I can remember I've always wanted to learn how to surf. I even went to Hawaii but never got around to learning...Being that I live in SoCal, love the beach and know how to somewhat bodyboard I REALLY wanna learn how to surf. The things is I don't even know where to start. In all honestly all the friends I have that I would normally ask to teach me, well none of them surf. And I need to find a new hobby besides working to spend thousands on my car...which is not a bad thing don't get me wrong . Sooo Ive come to the forums.

Most people I have asked on how to start just said to get a beater board and go out there and try it out. If any of you are frequent surfers, does someone wanna let me tag along and teach me ? I would pay you . I really want to learn and I want to make this year the year that I do.

Any advice would be helpful

 

I have two used longboards (Ellington, I think they're 7'6" and 8'6") for sale. Let me know if you're interested....I will check actual sizes if you're interested.
