Saw an OB Coupe, lowered, totally debadged parked @ Whole Foods in Woodland Hills yesterday around 3pm. License plate said something like "Franki" are you in here?

ok...so who was driving yesterday black G35 ts hood, axis rims, looks like nissan badges on beach blvd passing imperial yesterday around 1-3pm....i think it was k6747 or something like that....is that him?
