95% of the SFV is the city of Los Angeles.
I know that, but that's the Los Angeles county, not the city of Los Angeles. Los Angeles consists of the 310, 323, 213...SFV is more like the 818. yes it's in LA county, but the city of angels? Not qutie...that's why I was wondering if they're trying to rep the city or the county, because if it's the city, doesn't make sense since they're from SFV.

The only places in the valley that is not the city of Los Angeles is Burbank, Calabasas, San Fernando, and I think one more. Other than that, those communities (i.e. Northridge, Van Nuys, Chatsworth, etc) is Los Angeles City.
Trust me, I worked in real estate for a while. If they were cities, they would have their own local government structure.
