There was a thread I saw about a month or 2 ago where there was this asian guy - possibly Vietnamese - who had scheduled a bunch of people to have their rims repaired - sort of like a group buy for rim repairs.

I've been looking and looking, but can no longer find that thread. Does anyone know the contact person for this person?
