If its just wheels in boxes, it goes by weight and dimensions... sometimes, is ships by size not by weight if the wheels are light...

with mounted and balanced sets, most places forget to add the extra $8 UPS Handling charge for "Odd Shaped" items... THese are usually def. oversized items...

Mounted and balanced wheels usually are not covered if damaged since they are usually not packaged to UPS Standards...
