Special 707

Just got a ticket from the CHP....and on the same line as SPEED and other stuff, there is a "707" in the last box called "SPECIAL"

Anybody know what that is? Can't find anything anywhere. To help with interested searches, this is the standard CHP Form 215 rev 9/05 (yellow ticket)

Sounds like some kind of special conditons provision. Were you in a construction zone? Or going over 100 mph? Those are the only two I can think of. If it were something like reckless driving, he would have cited you for that too.
