anyone painting the lower sills on 03 sedan??

can anyone who have done this give me an idea how much it would cost??
and where can i do it the best???
just to paint the lower sills to shine OB...
really wanna do this...

if you shop around you can probably get it done for around 100-200 a piece plus paint
