Help guys!!

Hey guys,
So in august 07 i bought my 07 g35s sedan at cerritos infiniti. The vehicle is bone stock, nor did i install anything.. So i went to tustin infiniti today to get an oil change and to fix that key recall. Like 2 hours later i get a phone from tustin stating that someone put some after market wires in my fuse box and stating that it blew 2 converters of there own.. i was like hmm.. i never did anything, but cerritos infiniti did have some security box thing install in my vehicle but i told them to take it off since it was gonna cost me 2k more and that i think they might have done something w/ it. So, tustin called cerritos and cerritos declined doing any such thing. I asked tustin what i can do, tustin told me they cant do anything to my vehicle and even if any service light comes out they are not able todo diagnotics on it because of the after market wires and also stated that the wires are not connected correctly. So, i dont know what to do.. so i went home and i found a document stating that they removed the security box and tustin believes thats the reason why they put the aftermarket wires.. but i dont know what to do now.. did you guys have these problems happen to you?

Never heard this before. Take the car back to Cerritos and demand they fix it correctly. If not you may want to contact Infiniti Corp.

LOL, how can u guys be so calm when the dealer **** up. When i go to my dealer they are on their toes, cause one time they got me very upset because of my brakes. They don't want to go through that again.

Suggestion: When u walk into a dealer no matter the reason, ur attitude should be like they OWE u 1000 dollars and they haven't paid u yet. Be as aggressive about anything as u can. Mentioning attorney in a conversation helps a lot as well.

yea, im taking my vehicle to cerritos tomorrow.. luckly i work at state farm claim center.. so got a lot of experience dealing w/ people hahah.. but yea, i got my car today at tustin.. and the service lady showed me the wires and said that one wire is connected to the fuse box and one is connected to the diagnostic cable and that it should not be connected like that.. and when i got my car my clock does not even work nor does that door keyless entry thing.. no sound comes out.. pretty sure it blew out souple of fuses...
